Following agreement in November of last year, the Football Supporters’ Federation and Supporters Direct merged to form a single cohesive organisation.

Up until now work completed by the FSF or SD has continued under those specific brands, whilst being governed by one elected National Council and Board.

However, from today, the new organisation will be known as the Football Supporters’ Association and a newly revamped website is under development.

Meanwhile, the Annual General Meeting of the newly unified FSA will take place on Saturday 29 June at the Royal National Hotel in London.

The AGM provides members, associates and affiliates opportunities to propose motions for new policy and campaign areas, and is free to attend and open to all members.

Richard Tomkins, Chairman of the Hereford United Supporters’ Trust, is expected to attend after he was elected to the National Council in April.
